Health is a slippery slope. Exercise is boring but necessary. Research shows that you get the greatest health benefit from exercising often rather than hard. Work up your heart rate up a couple of times a day and you've done 80% of the work.
I must minimize hassle to exercise often, so I created this workout app that serves you exercises that do not require any equipment except for a chair and your own body weight.
